突波吸收器(贴片压敏电阻),是一种对电压依存性的变阻器。它具有非线性的欧姆特性,当电压增加到一个界线后会造成的电阻值急速下降(从109Ω降到3~5Ω)诱导电流从抑制器通过而不流入系统中,使短路现象伴随过激电压同时发生,而让系统得到安全保护。

      压敏电阻贴片封装有:0402,0603,0805,1210,1812,2220,2920。按电压区分为:DC 5.5V 9V 11V 14V  18V 22V 26V 30V       应用范围:笔记型电脑,MP3,MP4,随声听,行动电话,液晶模块,路由器等。

MLCC贴片电容焊接不良有存在以下几点原因

 

1、MLCC贴片电容若放置太久,储存条件潮湿或其它原因,容易出现氧化,就会影响贴片电容的可焊性。

 

2、不良的原因和焊盘还有焊膏也有关系。

 

3、焊接温度的影响,在焊接工艺上可能用的是回流焊,这种焊接方式在温度的控制上与时间的控制上,如果稍


 

有偏差就会出现焊接不良,有的时候温度高一点就不会出现焊接不良的现象。

 

4、0805以下封装贴片电容可以用波峰焊,1206以上封装建议用回流焊。严禁用波峰焊。
