FPS-1 Fast Photodiode
The FPS-1 is a powered photodiode sensor for displaying the temporal pulse shape on an oscilloscope. It is battery or AC powered and has two modes: fast mode with risetime 1.5ns with sensitivity 0.15V for 1W/cm2 input and slow mode with 3μs risetime and sensitivity 60V for 1W/cm2 input. It covers the spectral range from 193 to 1100nm.
